Alloy Steel T12 Tubing is chromium-molybdenum steel alloy intended for high-temperature applications. It usually has approximately 0.8–1.25% chromium and 0.4–0.65% molybdenum. This composition provides superior oxidation resistance and enhanced tensile strength. Mechanically, T12 tubing has a minimum tensile strength of 415 MPa and a minimum yield strength of 220 MPa and elongation of approximately 30%.
